Sheila and I met through the agency we used to adopt our daughters. We realized that we have a talent for making hair bows, so we decided to start a hair bow business to support adoption. Plum Precious Gals has added many new products since then, but our mission is the same: to make little girls happy and to help orphans from the US and around the world find homes. James 1:27 says “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…” We give 10% of our sales to adoption related charities and we donate hair bows, bow holders, and other items for charity events.
Our handmade hair bows and accessories are the perfect match for every outfit. Stylish and unique, your daughter will love to dress up with her new hair bows. They are great as gifts, to complement sports uniforms, or so that all the nieces will have something to remember the family reunion.
We are happy to offer our hair bows through boutique shops, so please contact us if you would like to sell any of our merchandise. For example, we recently partnered with Giggles For Kids with two wonderful stores in Cumming, Georgia.
If you run an adoption related charity, we would love to hear from you. We will do our best to support your agency and to offer discounts to the families with whom you work. For example, we were happy to have had the chance to support America’s World Adoption and their wonderful “An Orphan’s Ticket Home” event.

I am putting a bulletin board in my office with pictures of some of the beautiful girls who wear our products. I am also putting some of the pictures online. It is a great reminder of why Yvette and I started Plum Precious GALS.
Of course I am starting with my daughter, Audrey, but I would love to put up a picture of your beautiful girl too! Please send an email with a picture of your daughter wearing one of our creations and let me know if I may put it online. We will only include your daughter’s first name on the online picture if you give us permission. No other information will be displayed.

We would like to be sure that you are aware of a few important things about your order and our products.
We have a small staff which is passionate about making little girls happy and supporting adoption. We make or customize the majority of our products by hand (with a sewing/embroidery machine, of course [superemotions file="icon_biggrin.gif" title="Big Grin"]). We also pack and ship each order individually. This means that you get wonderfully unique products to accessorize your precious girl. We will do our best to get your order to you quickly, but these factors also mean there could be delays in making and shipping your order. We will send an email if it will take more than two weeks for us to ship your order.
